Kemco Systems is happy to announce the promotion of Zach Pridham to Inside Sales Manager.
Zach’s story with us began in 2021 when he was hired as a welder. During his time on the manufacturing side of Kemco, our team realized he had extensive experience in sales, coupled with exceptional communication skills that would make him an asset to Kemco customers. After learning this about our newest welder, Kemco asked Zach to join the sales team, just upstairs from the shop floor.
Since starting his new position in December 2021, Zach has begun to excel as a member of the inside sales team. He now communicates daily with Kemco’s existing and potential customers who need new water reuse and recycling systems, parts and service.
Zach’s Experience in Sales and Metalwork
Zach has always understood the world of welding. Growing up, his father owned a machine shop. This is what first drew Zach to technical work and lead him to Pinnulas County Technical College to earn is Flux Core Arc Welding certificate.
With eight years of combined welding and sales experience, Zach is not only able to relate to Kemco customers on a personal level but understands the technical issues our customers often face. He enjoys working with customers who hold positions like or the exact positions he once held and can empathize with the pain points and challenges of working in water and wastewater use facilities. Because of his unique skillset, Zach offers customized solutions to fit our customer’s specific needs.
His ability to understand the inner workings of the building process for each customer’s products gives Zach an advantage to more accurately communicate lead times and pricing projections to each customer. He strives to give personalized service to each client and relates to the struggles his customers face and the solutions Kemco Systems can solve.

After spending eight years with his first company, Zach discovered Kemco Systems. He recalls that he wanted to put his talents to use for the betterment of the global environment.
