Direct Contact Water Heater

Kemco’s patented direct contact process between ﬂame and water captures all the ﬂame’s heat energy for the fastest and most efficient water heating process.

Hot water is always available within seconds, not hours, after start-up. No need to plan production around hot water availability or heat during high-peak utility periods. Stored or direct-to-process, no other water heating method comes close to Kemco’s direct contact water heater.

Wastewater Heat Reclamation

Kemco’s Wastewater Heat Reclamation System recovers potentially lost thermal energy by capturing the heat from the wastewater and using it to preheat the incoming fresh water. This system can effectively preheat water to within 5°F to 10°F of the wastewater stream. This can recover up to 60% of the original energy expended and you can expect a return on initial investment from 12 to 24 months.

Stack Economizer

The Kemco stack economizer will recover nearly 100% of the heat going up your stack; the dollars saved on fuel in just one year may be enough to pay for the cost of the system.

Steam Heater

Kemco’s steam heater is more efficient than live steam injection into the process water. Use of a shell and tube design allows for trapping and passing condensate back to the boiler feedwater system. Reducing the required amount of make-up water and treatment chemicals.
